Tesco Bank launches dedicated New Build service for intermediaries
Tesco Bank is set to help more customers buy their home with the launch of a dedicated New Build service for intermediaries. The service offers intermediaries direct access to our dedicated mortgage team to ensure that new build applications are processed quickly to help make Tesco Bank’s award-winning mortgages available to more customers.
The new service, developed following feedback from intermediaries, is designed to provide brokers with one of the easiest and most convenient services available. Customers buying a new build home are often required to complete the purchase within a month or face financial penalty or losing their property.
Tesco Bank’s dedicated New Build service offers:
- Access to a dedicated New Build team
- Dedicated application case managers
- Direct access to underwriters
- Valuations instructed immediately upon submission
- Access to the Tesco Bank intermediary platform
