Tesco Bank offer full range of remortgage products to Help to Buy customers

Tesco Bank has opened its full range of remortgage products to customers looking to move from the Help to Buy scheme.

In another little help from Tesco Bank, customers currently on the Help to Buy scheme in England and Wales, and looking to fully repay the HTB Equity Loan, will now be able to benefit from the full range of remortgage products on offer. The move comes as the Help to Buy scheme reaches its fifth year and a number of borrowers will be looking to switch their mortgage provider. Help to Buy borrowers can also benefit from Tesco Bank’s new range of cashback remortgage products, including the £1000 cashback range and capital raising of up to 95%, providing even greater choice and flexibility to customers.

Tesco Bank mortgage customers benefit from the bank’s commitment to outstanding customer service, competitive rates and the ability to collect Clubcard points on their monthly repayments.

Clubcard Points:

Tesco Bank Mortgage customers can collect one Clubcard point for every £4 on their monthly repayments. Points are also collected on overpayments, but not on any overpayment made to pay off the mortgage in full. Clubcard points are not collected on any fees or charges paid separately from monthly payments. Clubcard points collection rates are subject to change and points will be added within 6 weeks of payment.  The Tesco Clubcard Scheme is administered by Tesco Stores Limited, Tesco House, Shire Park, Kestrel Way, Welwyn Garden City, AL7 1GA, who are responsible for fulfilling points.
